  2. We show you how to back up the CIC and Telemetry configurations so you're able to restore easily.
  3. We assist you in re-imaging the CIC.
  4. If you can't afford the time, with a backup of your software we will image the drives for you. All you do is install the drive and configure the CIC or ATS for the unit.
  5. We walk you through restoring the configuration of the CIC or Telemetry Server for the unit.
